Gugulethu Sofia Mbatha is popular under her stage as well as screen title Gugu Mbatha Raw. She became popular because she was a part of "Doctor Who. Chelsea Joy Handler, born February 25, 1975 in Livingston New Jersey, is the youngest of six children. Her family consisted of six family members including Chelsea Joy Handler being the youngest. Handler's mother was a domestic worker, while her father was an old-car dealer. Her mother, born in Germany and an immigrants to the United States since 1958, was born in Germany. Handler was diagnosed with cancer of breasts in 1989. She died after battling cancer for ten years. Her father was Jewish as was her mother, and she born into Reform Judaism. Handler was blessed with a joyful and healthy early life in an affluent area. At the age of 19, Handler moved from the city of her birth to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler began her career as an actress in order to assist her. Handler was able to perform stand-up comedy full-time after she was 21. She realized she was gifted with telling stories. At the beginning of her career Handler began her professional career as part of the Oxygen network all-female cast for a hidden camera/practical joke reality TV series Girls Behaving Badly. The show ran from 2002 through 2005. The host began appearing on other TV shows, such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler also began working as an associate to The Tonight Show. Handler received her first big break in 2006, when she started host her own program on E! Named The Chelsea Handler show. The Chelsea Handler Show lasted for two seasons. Handler participated in Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour the next calendar year, throughout the United States. Her stand-up performances have been shown on VH1 and Comedy Central's Premium Blend, and HBO. In 2010, it was announced that she will be hosting the MTV Video Music Awards 2010. As a result, she was only the second host female on record, following Roseanne.
